FWL Perth Boat Show Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Fishin Wishin Life / FWL.

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at the commencement of the Perth Boat Show on 4 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 6 September 2026 (Promotional Period).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to people aged 16 years and over who attend the Perth Boat Show during the Promotional Period.
Entrants aged under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. If an entrant is selected as a winner and is under 18, the prize may be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and participating prize suppliers may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible entrants must:
- Attend the Perth Boat Show between 4–6 September 2026.
- Visit Hi Tech Marine, Stand 304, and locate the FWL boat.
- Scan the official giveaway QR code.
- Complete and submit the entry form with the required details before the promotion closes.
Entry is free. One entry per person applies. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, automated or submitted outside the Promotional Period will be invalid.
5. Prize draw
The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place at the Perth Boat Show on 6 September 2026 at 6:00 pm AWST at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Promoter’s decision is final.
6. Prizes
There are three prizes available:

Individual prize inclusions and stated values are as advertised by the Promoter and prize suppliers. Prizes are subject to supplier availability and any applicable supplier terms and conditions.
7. Monkey Mia Boat Hire conditions
The Monkey Mia Boat Hire prize is for boat hire only. It does not include travel, flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, fuel, insurance excesses, deposits, licences, permits, optional extras, or any other costs associated with travelling to, from or staying in Shark Bay.
The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the boat-hire prize. Booking is subject to Monkey Mia Boat Hire’s availability, safety requirements, weather conditions, licence requirements and standard booking terms.
8. Prize conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
The Promoter may substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary due to supplier availability or circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
Any gift vouchers, subscriptions, experiences, merchandise and supplier-provided items may have expiry dates, booking conditions, blackout dates, usage restrictions or other terms imposed by the relevant supplier. Winners must comply with those terms.
The winner is responsible for collecting physical prizes or arranging collection within the period advised by the Promoter. Delivery is not included unless confirmed in writing by the Promoter.
9. Winner notification and unclaimed prizes
Winners will be contacted using the details supplied on the entry form within two business days of the draw. Winners may also be announced on FWL social-media channels.
A winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within that time, or a winner is ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.
10. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their name, email address, phone number and other entry details for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and delivering prizes.
Entrants may also opt in separately to receive marketing communications from FWL and participating partners. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and prize suppliers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or unable to be submitted due to technical, internet, QR-code, device or network issues.
12. General
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, breaches these terms or acts unlawfully.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the proper conduct of the promotion.
This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
